Skype / Telephone Counselling

Cartoon

Sometimes clients live in a remote place, in another country, are nervous/ uncomfortable about seeing a therapist in person or simply have a demanding schedule that makes getting to sessions in person difficult. Should this be you, then doing sessions with me via Skype or the phone may be very convenient for you. I have been doing this for many years, with clients all over the world and find it to be every bit as effective as seeing clients in person. We can use Skype with or without the camera. Whatever suits you best or you are most comfortable with.

As human beings, everyone experiences difficult times in their life. We can often feel down, sad, angry, afraid, frustrated, confused, tired. Sometimes, life can really throw us and we simply have no idea how to cope. This often passes by itself, but should it not, it can be helpful to seek professional help. There are a variety of reasons why a person can end up struggling emotionally in their life. I can help you to explore the source of your problems and navigate your way to feeling good again. Counselling can help you to get insight and advice, to share your struggle and gain perspective, to learn new skills and to strengthen what you already know. I always work with my clients in a warm, compassionate, respectful, direct and confidential manner.
